We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The apartment was updated, clean, and well-stocked with amenities like dish soap and extra towels. The separate bedroom and vanity area made it easy for our family of four to live comfortably. The full-size fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils were also a plus. The hotel staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the close access to the Heavenly Stagecoach lift on the Nevada side of the mountain, which provided better skiing than the California side.

The rooms at Ridge Crest were incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. I loved the separate master bedroom with its huge spa bath, perfect for a soothing soak after a long day of exploring. The second bedroom, with its partial kitchen and bathroom, offered a convenient and private space. The well-appointed kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the fireplace added a cozy touch to our stay. The resort amenities, including the pool table, spa, and exercise room, were a great bonus. The beautiful view of skiers on the lift and coming down the slope at Heavenly was truly breathtaking.
Although the location of Ridge Crest offered a stunning view, the hilly terrain could be challenging to navigate during inclement weather. Additionally, the rooms could use some sprucing up.

Good for skiing and Snowmobiling, Friendly Housekeeping, Comfy blankets We were excited to spend our winter vacation at a resort close to the mountains. This resort was perfect for skiing and snowmobiling with fast shuttle service nearby. Housekeeping was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything each day. the blankets were also very comfortable and kept us warm on the chilly nights.
We found it inconvenient that the resort did not have a front desk and that check-in was done through a mailbox.

The room was nice and roomy, with a fun sleep number bed to try out. We also appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, as well as the convenient location close to popular tourist spots.
The description was misleading, as the room advertised as having a spa bath did not actually have one. Additionally, the location was further away from the city center than we expected, making it harder to explore the area.

Our new year experience at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect with beautiful views of the slopes. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable fireplace. We enjoyed the on-site pool table, spa, and exercise room. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the nearby Happy Bear Bistro.
The main downside was that the hotel was a bit off the property, and we had to call a shuttle to get to the shared facilities. It wasn't as convenient as we had hoped, but the shuttle was fairly quick and easy to use.

I stayed in a beautiful apartment with my family for two nights. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. What impressed me the most was the location down the mountain to the Stagecoach Lodge. It was in between two mountains, down the slope at Heavenly, making skiing easily accessible. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we had no trouble finding parking.
Almost perfect.
